Ways to Make Roasted Chicken
This chicken recipe is stuffed with lemon and bay leaves and then roasted in a delicious sauce of white wine, rosemary, and 20 garlic cloves. While this may sound like a lot, the dish is not overly garlicky. The garlic is roasted in its skin and imparts a delicate flavor to the white-wine sauce.
That being said there are many recipes for roasted chicken and they all have different combinations of spices. Many recipes call for a bread stuffing to be used and some call for a vegetable stuffing.
How to Store Leftover Chicken
Cooked chicken should be stored in an airtight container in a refrigerator for up to 3 days. If you are not going to eat the chicken within 3 days it should be stored in the freezer in an airtight container for up to 6 months.
I do not use freezer containers much but I do use a vacuum sealer to put all of my frozen food into. I do not use it for food going into the refrigerator because you cannot store most foods for more than 3 days so I use airtight containers for that.
History of the Roasted Chicken
Chickens are native to the tropical jungles of Southeast Asia, but over the last approximately 8,000 years, chickens have been domesticated and spread around the globe to become one of the most valued domesticated animals. However, chickens were not introduced to Australia until 1775 when the British first landed on the content down under.
We will never know who was the first to roast a chicken in Australia but we can be pretty sure it happened within days of the British arriving.

A Brief History of Sydney
Indigenous Australians have inhabited the Sydney area for at least 30,000 years, and thousands of Aboriginal engravings remain throughout the region. After World War II, it experienced mass migration and became one of the most multicultural cities in the world. Furthermore, 45.4% of the population reported having been born overseas, and the city has the third-largest foreign-born population of any city in the world after London and New York City.
Tourism in Sydney
Sydney is best known for its harbourfront Sydney Opera House, with a distinctive sail-like design. Massive Darling Harbour and the smaller Circular Quay port are hubs of waterside life, with the arched Harbour Bridge and esteemed Royal Botanic Garden nearby. Sydney Tower’s outdoor platform, the Skywalk, offers 360-degree views of the city and suburbs.
Australian Cuisine
Sydney’s vibrant dining scene, golden sand, and robust cultural venues draw visitors back again and again. This is a city that’s constantly evolving, with new rooftop bars, theatre shows, and designer shops popping up at every turn. Plus, with diverse destinations at its doorstep, Sydney is the perfect base for day trips and weekends away.

GoldenEye is a place. A mindset. A far-reaching myth in the collective imagination. And yet, GoldenEye couldn’t exist anywhere in the world—except, of course, exactly where it is…
