This recipe is so good because it's incredibly simple to make in a one-pot meal on the stove. The aroma is warm and inviting and everyone will want seconds.
In a large pot or a dutch oven, sauté the onion in oil for 3 minutes.
2 tbsp vegetable oil, 1 cup red onions
Once the onions are softened add the 3 cloves of minced garlic to the pot and cook an additional minute.

Next, dump the ham, green beans, potatoes, and chicken broth into the pot and cook over high heat until the soup comes to a rolling boil and then reduce the heat to achieve a gentle boil. Simmer for 15 minutes.
2 cups ham, 2 cups red potatoes, 8 cups chicken broth, 1 tbsp Italian Bruschetta Seasoning Mix
Add the bow tie pasta and green beans to the pot and cook for an additional 15 minutes.
